You are joining Quiet Lane Media as an independent contractor, not an employee. Quiet Lane Media manages platforms and operations; you control your participation.

You are responsible for your own taxes and personal obligations. This is not an employment relationship and includes no guaranteed income, benefits, or payroll.

Quiet Lane Media uses company-managed email accounts to ensure security, consistency, posting control, messaging, and account recovery.

This does not transfer ownership of your identity or likeness. You retain full ownership of yourself at all times.

You grant Quiet Lane Media permission to post and monetize approved content. You retain ownership of your identity and likeness at all times.

This license applies only to approved feet-only content submitted under this agreement and does not extend to any other personal content.

Earnings are shared according to the commission structure agreed upon. Payments are calculated from net revenue after platform fees, refunds, or chargebacks are deducted.

Commission Split (Model / QLM): As disclosed during your onboarding call.

Upon approval, you will be issued a Relay Financial debit card linked to a dedicated sub-account created and maintained by Quiet Lane Media LLC in your name. Your weekly earnings will be deposited directly into that account. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income received as an independent contractor.

Only feet-only content is permitted under this agreement. Content must never include:

• Face, nudity, or identifying features
• Tattoos, birthmarks, or distinguishing marks
• Off-platform interactions or personal communication with buyers

Content must include: clean backgrounds, natural lighting preferred. Quiet Lane Media reserves the right to reject or remove any non-compliant content.

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that I am the individual depicted in all content submitted under this agreement. A government-issued ID was submitted at the time of application for age verification. False attestation is grounds for immediate termination.

Posting schedule: 2 posts per week, 5 photos per post.

1. Exclusivity (Foot Content)
During the term of this Agreement, all foot-related content creation, advertising, and monetization shall be conducted exclusively through Quiet Lane Media. This exclusivity applies only to foot-related content.

2. Non-Circumvention
Model agrees not to: redirect customers to independent accounts; share direct contact information for off-platform transactions; or use Quiet Lane Media-managed traffic to build independent monetization channels.

After your application is approved:

• Quiet Lane Media reviews your application and government-issued ID
• You will receive a W-9 tax form via email — this must be completed and returned before your Relay card is issued (required by law for independent contractors)
• Your Relay Financial debit card is issued and mailed to your address on file
• You will receive your QL-managed email address
• Your first 25 photos are due within 5 days of approval — regardless of the calendar date
• All future submissions follow the standard schedule: the 1st and 15th of each month
• Quiet Lane Media manages posting, pricing, and messaging
• Earnings are tracked and deposited weekly to your Relay debit card
